These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, reservations, and services provided by Kai Vista (“we,” “us,” “our”). By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after payment is received as per the agreed terms.
All prices and payments are in INR (₹).
If only one (1) night’s stay payment is made as a token/advance to hold the booking, the cancellation and refund policy in Section 2 does not apply. This token/advance amount is non-refundable.
The cancellation and refund policy applies only when full payment for the booking has been made.
2) Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applicability: This policy is valid only for bookings where full payment has been received by Kai Vista.
Up to 72 hours before check-in: Refund as per policy (to the original payment method).
Within 72 hours of check-in:No refund.
No-shows: Treated as cancellations with no refund.
Processing time: Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
For clarity, if only a one-night token/advance was paid (and not full payment), no refunds are due upon cancellation.
3) Modifications & Rescheduling
Changes to dates or guest details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Rescheduling requests made within the non-refundable period (less than 72 hours before check-in) will not be permitted.
4) Guest Responsibilities
All guests must comply with house rules, local laws, and regulations during their stay.
Any loss or damage to property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest.
Kai Vista is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
5) Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
6) Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
7) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Goa, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
